Fiesta Beef Tacos

Directions

1. Heat a large skillet with the oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and break apart with a spoon.
2. Season with spice or rub and cook ground beef throughout.
3. Add the vinegar, stir and cook an additional minute until caramelized.
4. Layer tortillas with meat, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!
