Our Fiesta Spice infused oil adds a depth of flavor to ground beef perfect for taco meat! These delicious tacos are perfect for entertaining or a weeknight meal!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Fiesta Spice Infused Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Cumin & Garlic Taco Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp Jalapeño Lime Balsamic Vinegar
- 8-10 Tortilla Shells
- 1 Tomato, diced small
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- ½ cup Queso Blanco Cheese
Directions
- Heat a large skillet with the oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and break apart with a spoon.
- Season with spice or rub and cook ground beef throughout.
- Add the vinegar, stir and cook an additional minute until caramelized.
- Layer tortillas with meat, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!
