Ingredients
- 4 cups Spinach
- 2 cups Berries (Blueberries & Strawberries)
- ½ cup Walnuts
- ¼ cup Blue Cheese or Feta, crumbled
- ¼ cup Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
Directions
- On a platter arrange spinach, berries, walnuts, and cheese.
- Whisk blood orange oil, vinegar, honey, and sea salt together for the dressing.
- Drizzle over salad. Enjoy!
