Spinach Walnut Berry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups Spinach
2 cups Berries (Blueberries & Strawberries)
½ cup Walnuts
¼ cup Blue Cheese or Feta, crumbled
¼ cup Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
¼ cup Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Honey
¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt

Directions

On a platter arrange spinach, berries, walnuts, and cheese.
Whisk blood orange oil, vinegar, honey, and sea salt together for the dressing.
Drizzle over salad. Enjoy!
